L J Hooker Cleveland has been a major player in real estate in the Bayside since joint principals David Paterson and Jan Goetze (who combined have more than 50 years experience behind them) bought the office 16 years ago, based firstly at Cleveland House and then at Village Square (current location).
By retaining a dominant position the Bayside with many of the top performing agents being listed in the top 10 per cent, the agency has set a benchmark for success which other agencies have struggled to emulate, evidenced this year with a cache of awards that place this office among the top four offices world wide.

A large number of our staff are members of the multi-million dollars Captain's Club, the highest performing agents in the network, who nationally earn 50% of the company's income.
