At LJ Hooker Property Centre, Sales Manager Graeme Carmichael's focus is ensuring this is all they have to do. Having started putting the 'For Sale' signs up, Graeme now works alongside his brother James to support one of the largest sales teams in Australian real estate.

Focused on process improvement, Graeme and his support team work tirelessly to ensure the agents can maintain a laser focus, knowing that all of the back-end housekeeping is being taken care of by an elite group of professionals. Graeme provides this unwavering support by organising training, managing and improving the office workflow systems, assisting agents in growing their business and ensuring they have the tools needed to excel.

Graeme has taken a hands-on role in helping the LJ Hooker Property Centre office from 300 to over 900 sales per year since he joined the family business eight years ago. As part of the leadership team, he has helped steer the growth from 12 sales agents to 34 and 4 support staff to 16. This exponential growth has been an enormous team effort that has seen LJ Hooker Property Centre recognised both within the brand and in the broader industry as a leading office, resulting in multiple prestigious awards.
